The Society of Women Engineers at the University of Michigan is offereing an engineering event for middle and high school girls in 7th through 11th grade.
The event is called Girls Research Engineering and Technology (GREAT) Day and it takes place on Sunday, March 19th from 10am to 2pm. This event will be in-person this year at the University of Michigan. Students will have the chance to hear from wonderful speakers such as current engineering students and engineering admissions faculty, participate in hands-on engineering activities that showcase Michigan Engineering, and learn more about campus! Parents are also invited to join us for the day to participate and hear more about how to support and encourage the next generation of female engineers.
