On May 17th, 18th, and 19th, the Grass Lake High School Forensics Team attended the Michigan Speech Coaches, Inc. Spring Tournament and Conference at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island with approx. 270 students from around Michigan. At that conference, competitors Rebecca Rigg, Heather McArthur, Makenzie Molnar, Elle Durkee, and Snowy Iverson had strong performances and Jeremiah Rigg and Sonia Thatai judged. The team is also proud to announce that Coach Amy Janz was awarded 2019 Forensics Coach of the Year. Mrs. Janz and her team wish to thank the Grass Lake community for their continued support and are proud of their accomplishments.
