  • Homecoming Date Change

    A "heads up" for those of you planning to attend Grass Lake High School's 2018 Homecoming festivities................... Because of the area's football referee shortage, we have to move our Friday, October 12, Homecoming game with East Jackson, to Saturday, October 13th. Our Homecoming Parade will begin at 11:30 AM on Saturday, October 13. The Homecoming Game with East Jackson will begin at 1:00 pm at the Joe Bechtel Athletic Complex at Grass Lake High School. Homecoming court will be announced at halftime of the game on Saturday. The Homecoming Dance will be held Friday, October 12, 7-10 PM.

  • GLHS Class of 2019 Tops Jackson County with SAT Scores

    Congratulations to the Grass Lake High School Graduating Class of 2019 for achieving the highest composite Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) score in Jackson County. The composite score is a combination of the SAT Math score and the SAT English score. This class also had the highest scores in these who individual categories compared to all other Jackson County schools. Way to go Class of 2019!   • Grass Lake's VFW Offers Scholarship Opportunity

    All 9-12 grade students are invited to participate in the Veteran of Foreign Wars' "Voice of Democracy" essay contest. Winners will be awarded scholarship money. The process begins by submitting your essay to your local VFW Post. VFW Post 10194 is offering $300 in scholarship money for our first place winner. The first place winner at the national level will receive $30,000 in scholarship money. Essays need to be received by a VFW Post by October 31, 2018.   • Admission Price Increase for GLMS Athletic Events

    During this past summer the Cascades Conference members changed the cost structure for athletic events. Admission to all athletic events, at both the middle and high school levels, is now $5.00 for all spectators with the exception of pre-school and under, and seniors 62 and over. All of the schools in our conference will be charging the same except some schools will be charging senior citizens.

    Grass Lake High School begins classes for students at 7:45 AM and ends classes for students at 3:06 PM. Please note that on two hour delayed starts, student classes begin at 9:45 AM.
