A note from Grass Lake High School Principal Brian Thompson regarding the 1:1 Technology Initiative parent meetings that have been occurring.......
Grass Lake High School would like to thank the large number of parents that have already attended the parent informational meetings regarding our 1:1 initiative. It has been great to have the opportunity to share this vital information and answer questions from the wonderful parents of this community. If you have not had the opportunity to attend the previous two meetings, seven more are scheduled during the month of November.
November 10 @ 8:30 a.m. & 6:30 p.m.
November 15 @ 6:30 p.m.
November 17 @ 6:30 p.m.
November 22 @ 8:30 a.m. & 6:30 p.m.
I would encourage any high school parent that has not had the opportunity to attend one of the first two meetings to attend the meetings scheduled for November 1 or November 10. The high school is planning on rolling out Chromebooks as soon as the protective cases arrive. We are hoping they arrive this week, so Chromebooks can be distributed the first part of November.
Be sure to have the following items completed and turned into the high school office, so your student can receive their Chromebook in a timely manner.
1. Attend parent informational 1:1 meeting.
2. Complete and return the Responsible Usage signature page found in the back of the Technology Handbook.
3. Complete and return Insurance Form found in the back of the Technology Handbook.
4. Submit insurance payment.
Go to†www.grasslakeschools.com†and find the Technology Handbook and other important information under the 1:1 Technology Initiative tab.
Thanks and have a Happy Halloween
